My ex-husband has sued me to make me meet him half way when he gets the children. In divorce I gave him everything, house, land, tractors, etc. So he wouldn't fight for kids and wouldn't drag them thru all the pain of that. He aggreed to this but now that he has all property and divorce is final he wants to change so he doesn't have to come pick girls up from my house. What are the odds he will win this? Need help soon hearing this week. We live 2.5 hours apart.
