What is the process for replacing one's lawyer at "almost end" of divorce? I am in great dissaproval of the 730 Eval recommendations: future ex-husband 1. admitted he has caused the premature and perverted sexual education of our 9 year old daughter 2. attempting to make her lie about many things (secrets) 3. forgery of my signature on irs refund--and theft of the proceeds 4. etc.

...yet, I was made to agree to extensive visitation for the father (my lawyer insists that my anger toward my spouse is excessive and I am expressing borderline "alienation from daughter to father"...which judge might surely decide to take away my primary custody and give to the father.) I seem to be rambling. I don't know what to do. I am on permanent social security disability--limited funds. I borrowed funds from friends to buy our house--my lawyer believes spouse will keep. I would gladly let him keep the house if I could keep my child--but it seems that the court will not hear of such an arrangement.. So...what are my options?? My lawyer is so defeatest. He presents me with such bleak scenarios that I end up agreeing--just to not have my child turned over to someone--an egoist-who has no sincere love for his child (I taped his phone conversation where he and his parents ponder and assert that the child is not worth spending lawyer fees over--it would be more convenient to "just let her go".Sad but true. These people do not deserve my child--yet--I cannot seem to stop the court from having my dear child spend so many days out of each month with these horrors that are named father and paternal grandparents. Again I'm rambling. Please, I need advice. Mata
