He was convicted for a domestic violence (spousal abuse) charge just a few months ago. We were never married. The baby is living with me and he wants to get full custody of the baby. He says that he will get custody of the baby because he has better pay than I do, which is correct. What are his chances of getting custody for the baby in spite of his domestic violence conviction? Thanks for any help you can give...
