I have 4 children, all with the same father. The two younger live with me and the older live with there dad. My only daughter lives with her dad. As she gets closer to her "teen" years, she is wanting more and more to come live with me. (feeling more comfortable talking to mom about "growing up" issues) My Ex doesn't want to let her live with me. How old does a child have to be to have a say in where they live?
