Our Paralegal ran 4 scienarios for me on different visitations percentages. We are agreeing to joint custody and 50\50 parenting. How does Visitation percentages and Parenting differ? Is it based on actual time the child lives with the parent or the parenting responsiblity? How do you get a fair, livable support payment?
