Dear A Sozer. What a set of facts! The IA court technically cannot change the California order without establishing it as an IA order and notifying you. See if you can lean on the CA DA. See if you can contact an attorney in IA to help you collect the back money. Does he have any assets to attach? Get a copy of the IA court action. Call the court and find out how and get it ASAP.
