My husband, of 10 years, had been having an affair several months ago. I told him the only way we would stay together after the affair was if he signed a quit claim deed to our primary residence. He did and but I didn't file it at that time. Today, 3 months later I find out he is having the same affair again. He wants a divorce. So I filed the quit claim deed. He now says he is going to contest the quit claim deed he signed since I pressured him; he was under undo distress. Can he? Can he get 50% of our home even after he had an affair and signed a quit claim deed. We reside in the state of Florida. Thanks. Maria
