When my ex and I divorced he convinced me to set up our custody jointly, I have them two days, he has them two days and they rotate every other weekend. We have three children together, 6,7 and 9 in California. I had hoped he would be forced to get off work early (he promised he would) to pick them up by 6 at least, do their homework, feed them dinner see they are bathed and put to bed by 8 for the younger and 9 for the older. (Umm BE a parent) Well he doesn't pick them up till 7, the sitter feeds and works on their homework with them. He still doesn't take responsibility for them, but insists on keeping this custody. I don't want the sitter raising my kids. Can I go back to a judge and change my custody? I think they need to be with me all week if anything to put some order in their lives.
