Hi - I'm not familiar with the exact wording on the form you talk about. The Family Code states that the term "joint custody" means joint physical custody and joint legal custody. I would think that the way your document reads, it would be joint legal and physical, since physical is listed under legal. Very confusing. Do you have a schedule for sharing the children? You may want to get one since your language is so vague. Good luck. Debra
