Family portfolio was split after divorce. Wife sold all securities and earns 10k a year from such income. Husband continues to hold portfolio as is getting negligible income.
Judge imputed husband with thenonexistent income that he would earned had he sold all securities in the account. Is it legal ? Thanks for your help
