Pete, the age and bonding of the child has nothing to do with your gender. I'm just expressing some of the factors the evaluator and the court will consider. They will consider the age of the child and the bonding of the child with each parent. Certainly your efforts to see the child will be considered as will the mother's efforts to block your time with the child. Good luck. Let me know what happens. Debra
