"A factor that will most likely be critical is the age of the child and the bonding of the child with the parents."- Please clarify this statement. The mother did not let me visit with our daughter this weekend. This is the 5th time this year that she has directly violated a court ordered visitation. I very little opportunity to develop a relationship with the child because of the mother's controling actions and her desire to alienate me from my daughter. The mother's desire is clear that she DOES NOT want me to have any relationship. Courts in Orange County do not look favorably on Parent Alienation Syndrome or PAS. My daughter has bonded very well for someone that is only allowed to see her 4 times in a 30 day period of time. So please clairify what bearing the age and bonding would have to do with my gender. I have been fighting for custody for 18 months which is the age of my daughter.
