Dad, It is impossible to predict the outcome of an evaluation due to their subjectivity. You should ensure that positive people in your life are interviewed if the evaluator is considering collateral information. A factor that will most likely be critical is the age of the child and the bonding of the child with the parents. I wish you the best of luck. Let me know if you have anymore questions. Also, if you do not have an attorney, you may want one to review the report before the hearing. Some judges automatically follow the recommendation and some do not. What court are you in? Debra.
