My daughter was born from a one night stand with the mother. I did not see the mother for 9 months until the day my daughter was born. I had some doubt in my mind about the paternity and confirmed my fatherhood with a DNA test that was positive. The mother had Child Protective Services called on her by the nurses in the hospital when my daughter was born. They would not let her go home with out a "resposible" person to help her out. My mother and father stayed with her for the first week and I would visit every other week. I tried to work with her to have shared custody and she denied me visitation 5 times last year. When the child was 6 months old, the courts granted the mother temp sole custody. I filed for joint custody with primary custody with me, the father. We are going through a 730 evaluation and the evaluator has written her attorney two times already for not cooperating with the procedure. My family is very loving and I am married with a stable job and a three bedroom house in a good area of town. I work out of my house in sales and have asked her to watch our daughter when she works. Of course, she denies that request. Our church and school are just 3 block from where I live. Her family does not speak to each other and she has been unemployeed on and off for 2 years and lives in a studio condo. It's an OK place but very small.
I have studied and read many books on the 730 evaluation and I think I'm been a perfect parent. Right now, I can only see my daughter once every two weeks.
I've done all my interviews and tests. Any predictions on the outcome of the evaluation?
