Mary, You can get your divorce if you give notice to your husband by publication in a newspaper. To do this you must get a court order that allows for service of the papers by publication in a newspaper reasonably likely to give him notice. This is usually in the area where his last known address is. You must state your efforts to locate your husband to the court to get the order. Good luck! Debra.
