I have had temp. sole custody for over 3 yrs and my child's father has not used any of his visitation rights this entire time. My child's paternal grandmother would like us to visit her in Alabama, but at the time of the hearing we were told that the child could not leave the county (San Diego) I live in. What steps do I take to get permission to visit my child's grandparent?
