Package 1:   Basic Dissolution Package.                                     $395.00

Petition; Summons; Confidential Counseling Statement; Declaration Under UCCJA (if children); County forms; Declaration of Disclosure; Marital Settlement Agreement (basic); Judgment; Appearance, Stipulation & Waivers/Default; Notice of Entry of Judgment; Declaration Re Service; Child Support Forms

Package 2:   Dissolution Filing.                                                        $150.00

Package 3:   Dissolution Response.                                                 $100.00

Response; Confidential Counseling Statement; Declaration Under UCCJA (if children)

Package 4:   Order to Show Cause.                                                   $395.00

Order to Show Cause; Application & Declaration; Income & Expense Declaration

Package 5:   Declarations of Disclosure.                                          $200.00

Declaration of Disclosure; Schedule of Assets & Debts; Income & Expense Declaration

Package 6:   Marital Settlement Agreement.                                     $300.00

Services provided on hourly basis (15 minute minimum, 6 minute increments). $150.00 per hour ($37.50 for 15 minutes, $15.00 for 6 minute increments

With all packages, parties pay their own filing fees to the court (approximately $200.00) to file Petition or Response and Order to Show Cause.
